As the transfer window has recently closed, the final spending results have been shared for each club. As the world of football is getting back to the pre-pandemic times, the spending levels are also matching the same levels as they did before the pandemic.

Now that the clubs will not be spending more money on the transfers as the window has closed, the final results have been released by the football analysts.

Chelsea Spent £275 Million

Chelsea has reportedly spent an amount worth £275 million in the recent transfer window. In order to build a stronger team for the ongoing Premier League, Chelsea has gone all out spending a tremendous amount of money.

In the recent transfer window, Chelsea signed Marc Cucurella for £58.77 million from Brighton as a winger. The club also acquired Wesley Fofana from Leicester City as a defender, paying £75 million.

The club also acquired Raheem Sterling for £50.58 million from Manchester City. Another acquisition Chelsea carried out by Chelsea was for £34.20 million of Kalidou Koulibaly from Napoli.

The club also signed Juventus’s Denis Zakaria and Barcelona’s Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang. Other notable signings were of Gabriel Slonina for £8.18 million and Aston Villa’s Carney Chukwuemeka for £16.20 million.

Manchester United Spent £194 Million

Manchester United also spent a hefty amount to acquire a long list of players. Manchester United carried out the most expensive signing of the recent transfer window when it signed Antony from Ajax for £85 million.

The club went on to sign Real Madrid’s Casemiro for £63.6 million and Lisandro Martinez for £51.6 million.

Other signings Manchester United executed include Martin Dubravka, Christian Eriksen, and Tyrell Malacia.

West Ham United Spent £162 Million

West Ham has come in third spending a whopping £162 million in the recent transfer window.

West Ham reportedly spent £37 million for the acquisition of Lucas Paqueta, a Brazilian midfielder who was moved from AC Milan.

The second most expensive signing West Ham carried out in the recent transfer window was for Gianluca Scamanca from Sassuolo. The club acquired Gianluca Scamanca for £31 million.

Other notable signings West Ham carried out were Nathan Trott, Alphonse Areola, Flynn Downes, Thilo Kehrer, Emerson, Maxwel Cornet, Nayef Aguerd, and Declan Rice.

Nottingham Forest Spent £154 Million

Nottingham Forest has reportedly spent £154 million as it has carried out key signings to strengthen its team.

The club reportedly spent £42.5 million to sign the player from Wolves, Morgan Gibbs-White to add to its mid-fielding.

The club also acquired multiple players that include Emmanuel Dennis, Neco Williams, Dean Henderson, and Jesse Lingard. The club has also added Renan Lodi to the squad from Atletico Madrid.
