Brian Brobbey opened up about his favorite player whom he considers to be his idol. The player revealed that he considers Didier Drogba to be his idol in football.
Didier Drogba had a long (20-year) career in professional football as he started his youth career back in 1998 and landed into his senior career in 1998.
Didier Drogba made his senior career in Le Mans back in 1998 and the last club he retired from was Phoenix Rising.
The longest career the Ivory Coast player enjoyed was in Chelsea. He became part of Chelsea twice, first in 2004 and second in 2014.
The first time he joined Chelsea was from 2004 to 2012 and the second was time from 2014 to 2015. Altogether, Drogba made 254 appearances in Chelsea and scored 104 goals for the club.
For his performance at the club, Didier Drogba is referred to as a “Chelsea Legend” by the fans.
Dream Club
The player was also asked about his dream club, to which he replied that his dream club is Manchester United.

The next club Brobbey joined was Ajax, where he made 12 appearances and scored 3 goals from 2020 to 2021. The player spent a brief amount of time at RB Leipzig from 2021 to 2022 making 11 appearances with no goals.
