David Beckham’s Stadium Complex
David Beckham, who now owns Inter Miami has mentioned exactly what progress he has made in terms of the stadium complex. The retired football star has announced that he is almost closer to beginning the construction of the stadium complex for Inter Miami.
According to Beckham, once the final requirements have been fulfilled, the construction of the stadium will begin. It has been reported ta that the overall cost of constructing the stadium complex is estimated to be $1 billion.
Manchester City to Loan James McAtee
Manchester City is in the process of loaning one of its midfielders to Sheffield United. The midfielder picked by the club is James McAtee. For now, both clubs are in talks and the terms for the player’s loan move are being discussed.
The offer regarding McAtee’s loan transfer was made by Sheffield United on Monday. If the discussions between both the clubs turn into a successful deal, James McAtee may get loaned out to Sheffield United at least for one season.
Everton No Longer Wants Michy Batshuayi
The sources were claiming that Everton was trying to bring Michy Batshuayi to their team. However, the club has announced that it will no longer be pursuing the signing or loaning of the player and have moved on.
Michy Batshuayi, a 28-year-old striker has been playing for Chelsea since 2016. However, the majority of Batshuayi’s career at Chelsea has been spent being sent on loans.
In 2018, the Belgian player was loaned out to Borussia Dortmund. From 2018-2019, he played for Valencia on a loan deal. In 2019 again, the player was sent to play for Crystal Palace and played there until 2021.
Batshuayi’s recent move was to Besiktas on loan where he played from 2021 to 2022.
Cristiano Ronaldo Sets a Bad Example
Cristiano Ronaldo has been accused that he has set a bad example by leaving Old Trafford the way he left. In the recent friendlies between Manchester United and Rayo Vallecano, the 37-year-old striker was substituted early in the second half.
As per one of the insiders, Cristiano Ronaldo was unhappy with the substitution that Erik ten Hag had made and thus, he left Old Trafford early.
This has reignited the same concerns among the fans of MANU and Cristiano Ronaldo about what his next move will be. With the recent happenings, it has become quite obvious that the player is not happy with the current performance of the team. The speculations are that the player may leave the club early.
For now, it is obvious that the player’s options of moving to Bayern Munich and Atletico Madrid are off the table.
